Can I mix different textures or lengths in one order?
Yes. The 0.5 kg minimum is combined across products, so you can mix lengths, textures and colors in one order. Private label and custom packaging minimums are confirmed per order.
Can I make changes after confirming my order?
Contact our team as soon as possible with your order reference. Changes depend on the production stage, so we confirm what can be adjusted, and any extra cost or delay, before you approve.
Will I get tracking information for my shipment?
Yes. We send the tracking number once your order ships. Ask for the carrier name and shipment reference if you need them for customs.
