Receive and Test
3-5 days express shipping
Your sample ships by DHL, FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. Check it under your normal salon or customer routine before you order in bulk.

What is the minimum sample order?
Sample orders follow the same 0.5 kg (5 bundles) minimum, and the quantity can vary by customer. Contact our team with your products and we confirm what applies to you.
How long until I receive my sample?
We confirm the preparation time in your quote. After that, DHL, FedEx or UPS typically delivers in 3-5 business days to the USA and Europe.
Is the sample fee deducted from my bulk order?
Not automatically. A sample fee is deducted from a bulk order only if we agree this in writing, so ask for it in your quote.
Who pays import duties on samples?
The customer pays import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country. Rates vary and change over time, so check them with your customs broker.
