How do I order and get a wholesale quote?
This website is a product catalogue, so orders are placed through our WhatsApp team. Send your product list, lengths, textures, quantities and delivery country.
Ask for an itemized quote showing specifications, shipping cost, payment terms and lead time, and confirm it in writing before you pay.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
The minimum is 5 bundles (0.5 kg) in total, combined across products. You can mix lengths, textures and colors within one order.
Private label and custom packaging minimums are confirmed per order.
How much does wholesale hair cost?
Wholesale bundles start from $55 per 100 g bundle. The final price depends on length, texture, color, construction and quantity.

Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders follow the same 0.5 kg minimum, and the quantity can vary by customer. Contact our team for the sample price, shipping charge and preparation time.
Keep the approved sample as your reference for the bulk order. A sample fee is not deducted from a bulk order unless we agree this in writing.

Raw Vietnamese hair is human hair collected from donors in Vietnam, with the cuticles kept intact and aligned in one direction.
Ask for the origin and processing history of each product, including whether it has been colored, bleached or texture-treated.
Can the hair be bleached or colored?
It depends on the specific hair, so tell us the shade you want before ordering. Do not assume every color or texture can reach the same result.
Have a professional run a strand test before processing a full bundle or wig.
Will repeat orders look exactly the same?
Natural hair can vary slightly between orders. Agree on an acceptable shade and texture tolerance when you approve an order.
Keep your previous invoice, product codes and approved sample when reordering.
