The goods will be sent into the production system once you confirm the specifications of the products and have made a successful payment. Once you are okay with the products we have produced, we will immediately contact the global courier service of choice.
Since we have a strong management policy and we make sure all of the product lines are well-stocked, you can rest assured that our delivery time/availability is unmatched amongst online hair extensions retailers.
For order processing time
For products that are in stock, it takes only 1-2 days for the products to be prepared for shipping after you have placed the order.
For custom and made-to-order products, you should contact our sales agent to get the right production time estimation.
For Delivery time
The time it takes for your order to reach your door depends on where you are in the world. An order will take 3-5 days to reach your shipping address. Talk to our sales agent to get an accurate estimated delivery time. Meanwhile, here is a table for quick reference.

VIETLINK HAIR works with a variety of shipping agents. The most popular courier service like FedEx, UPS, DHL is available based on your region. You will receive a confirmation from our sales agent once your order is ready to be shipped.
The shipping price will also be informed to you based on your choice of shipping agents and delivery time.

The billing address and your contact information need to be the same as the one shown on your bank statement. If you give us the wrong information, this could result in a two-business-day delay for further processing delay.
Transactions may be unsuccessful if the information you entered does not align with the data that the credit card provider has on their database.
We also require the billing address of your PayPal account to match with the shipping address that you provide. The goods will only be sent if your PayPal account matches this requirement.
Our office operates from Monday to Saturday. We remain off on Sunday and other Vietnamese Holidays.
This will mean that your order can only be sent off during business hours these days. You can expect hair shipping to happen during these hours.
We do not accept P.O. boxes as shipping addresses. This is why we always recommend our customers put down the correct house number, streets, zip code, city, county, state, country so we can fulfill their express shipping request.
We will not be responsible for packages that become lost or sent to the wrong address due to buyers providing incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address so that the package will not become lost in the process.
I. RETURN POLICY
We are willing to provide you returns and exchanges within 7 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation. One thing you should remember is that all our products are made of 100% natural human hair. Besides, each bundle comes from individual people, thus, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. We will, however, try our best to find out the best matches to meet your requirements. Good news is that you can check out your order and determine if the color is a good match through photos or video call.

1. How long does the return policy last?
We will provide a refund on hair extensions within 7 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
2. What is the return policies?
Return and exchange requests are only accepted by following our requirement as follows:
Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any situations;
Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.
We will not accept your returns or exchanges which do not follow those requirements.
3. Do I have to pay for the shipping cost of my return?
Yes. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return by shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, or buying insurance to protect your package as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
4. Do I need to contact VIETLINK HAIR before returning my order?
You must contact us prior to sending your return, in case the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Moreover, we will check your returned product and solve your refund.
Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
5. How can I contact you?

II. GUARANTEE POLICY
Moreover, VIETLINK HAIR also provide 7 Days Product Guarantee.
If any hair bundle you received have problems related to manufacturing problems, you will be protected by this guarantee.
Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue ask for solutions.
We will review you claims and give the solutions. Since most problems can be solved by maintenance method, we may give you recommended product(s) that will deal with those problems. If the problem cannot be solved, the hair must be sent back to us. Then, we will handle this issue.
In order for us to determine your purchase can be replaced, your order must be sent back to our office. All costs for removing your items and shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for customized hair products.
